Note: most of these smoothies contain superfoods, remove them if you do not feel comfortable using them.
Berry Fruity Smoothie
Wakey-Wakey
Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups mixed Berries - Fresh or frozen
2 Bananas diced
1/4 cup goji berries (soaked for at least an hour)
1/4 cup cashews (raw, natural & unsalted)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 beetroot washed & diced
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup or to taste
2 to 4 cups water, add water to taste (I like to add water so it covers all my ingredients in the blender)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend to liquefy, about a whole minute . Pour into glasses.
Taste the goodness and enjoy!
This recipes is for 2 generous servings.

1 whole grapefruit, peeled & sliced
1 Banana diced
1/4 cup macadamia (natural & unsalted)
1 pear diced
1 apple diced
1 cup pineapple diced
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup or to taste
2 to 4 cups water, add water to taste (I like to add water so it covers all my ingredients in the blender)
1 avocado diced (optional)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend to liquefy about a whole minute at most. Pour into glasses.
Taste the goodness and enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 cups blueberries or mixed Berries - Fresh or frozen

2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup goji berries (soaked for at least an hour)
1/4 cup cashews (natural & unsalted)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
1 tsp kelp (optional)
1 /4 cup chia powder
1 tbsp honey or maple yrup
2 to 4 cups water, add water to taste (I like to add water so it covers all my ingredients in the blender)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients into your blender. Blend to liquefy about a whole minute. Pour into glasses.
